A3! Pride Exchange!

Dates

  • Signups: May 13-20

  • Assignments: May 22

  • Check-in: June 10

  • Drop-out Deadline: June 11

  • Exchange Period: June 24-30

How It Works

  1. Sign up for the Gift Exchange and submit a wishlist of your favorite A3! characters, relationships, or headcanons.

  2. Receive someone else's wishlist and create something nice for them - a piece of art, a fic, or another form of fanwork!

  3. Share your creation during the exchange period with the hashtag #A3PrideExchange2024 !

Guidelines & FAQ

  • Respect the headcanons and fan interpretations of others. Shaming, bullying, and harassing other users over fictional characters defeats the entire purpose of this event and will not be tolerated.

  • Please keep all your gifts SFW, and please tag them appropriately!

  • There are no strict guidelines regarding the content of your fic or art - just make a gift that you yourself would be pleased to receive.

  • You don't have to ask for/make gifts related to Pride Month or characters' queer identities - but of course those are always wonderful to see!

  • If you can no longer participate in the event, you MUST inform a mod by June 11, our drop-out deadline. This gives our pinch-hitters enough time to make a backup gift. Participants who do not respond to the check-in (June 10) will be marked as dropped-out.

  • If your gift will be late, you MUST contact a mod ahead of the exchange period to arrange for extra time. Participants who do not complete their gift will be blacklisted from future exchanges.

  • Please make sure your Twitter DMs are open so I can communicate with you! The sign-up form will also ask for an email address as a backup form of communication.
